Barb is an Program Specialist II at Homes for Independent Living (HIL) — a MyPath Company with homes in 14 Wisconsin counties. She shares how MyPath encourages employee-owners to grow throughout their careers and why she finds it a very special place to work.

Over 17 years ago, Barb started her journey with MyPath as a direct support professional and has remained here because her managers and co-workers have had faith and trust in her when she didn't have it in herself. Barb was given the opportunity to learn new roles and skills, which helped her advance in her career and feel very appreciated. Barb says MyPath is a special place to work because she helps to make a difference in people's lives.
